Members of a US healthcare purchasing alliance are now able to take out insurance to cover the financial costs of data breaches.
Agfa HealthCare awarded contract with Premier for RIS/PACS/Reporting Solutions
Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of IT-enabled clinical workflow and diagnostic imaging solutions, announces today that it has been awarded a new, three-year, multi-source contract by Premier Purchasing Partners, L.P., the group purchasing unit of Premier Inc., to provide Enterprise Image Management Solutions (EIMS) and services to the alliance’s more than 1,500 member hospitals and 49,000 other healthcare sites.
