Jammu and Kashmir Government will be spending Rs 315 crore this financial year on upgrading health care facilities including setting up of 11 mobile medical units in accident prone zones and GPS-guided ambulance service. They said Rs 5.02 crore will be spent on procurement of mobile medical Units for 11 districts.
