Jupiter Hospital, Thane, has become the first hospital in the country to install the GE Healthcare Allia IGS 530 Cath Lab system, marking a significant leap forward in advanced interventional care.

Not only has the hospital become the first in India to deploy this next-generation technology, but it has also set a South Asia record for the fastest installation of the system, achieving full deployment and clinical activation within 72 hours. This feat was accomplished through remarkable coordination between the technical teams of Jupiter Hospital and GE Healthcare.

Established in 2007, Jupiter Hospital is a tertiary and quaternary care institution that champions a “Patient First” approach. The recent installation of the Allia IGS 530 reaffirms its dedication to clinical excellence and medical innovation.

The newly integrated cath lab system will enhance the quality and safety of interventional procedures across cardiology, neurology, and radiology. It offers superior image quality while minimising radiation exposure, and supports real-time imaging with intelligent guidance, allowing for minimally invasive, highly precise interventions.
