NEET 2019 Counselling

The first allotment list for NEET 2019 has been released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Medical students seeking admission in medical colleges across country can check the same at its official website: mcc.nic.in.

The Directorate General of Health Services, which conducts the NEET counselling on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee, published the result of the first round of seat allotment on 1st July, 2019, late evening.

As per the set rule, students who have been allotted a seat in the first round are given free exit/entry option.

There is a provision in the exit/entry option which states that even if a student doesn’t report/join the allotted college despite being allotted a seat in first round, he won’t be penalized. At the same time he would be eligible for subsequent rounds.

As per the official NEET Counselling 2019 schedule, the verification process will commence from July 1 to July 6, 2019. However, those who do not make it in the first round seat allotment of NEET need not lose hope, as they can register for the NEET 2019 Second Round Seat Allotment process. The registration for the second round counselling will start on July 9, onwards until July 11, 2019 (5 PM).

After the NEET First Round Seat Allotment Result 2019 is declared, a candidate must decide whether he wants to accept or leave the seat. Candidates will have 6 days to the centre for the document verification process. The address for the same will be shared upon declaration of the NEET first round seat allotment result.
