Restful sleep, easy breathing, healthy body

Have you realized, that maximum number of heart attacks and sudden deaths happen in late night and early morning, when the person is resting in deep sleep. worldwide research have proved beyond doubt that obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a very important reason responsible for sudden deaths, heart diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes.

People who snore heavily in night, and keep moving every few minutes are actually getting choked, due to which, they never go to deep sleep, are not rested, are sleepy in the day, to the extent of dosing on the steering wheel. These are the people suffering from OSA. This condition can be cured by surgery in properly equipped centres, or can be kept under check by use of CPAP mask.
