The outreach of primary healthcare has substantially increased in the last decade but quality still remains a challenge. When I say quality, it means – quality of infrastructure, quality of skills, timeliness of services, etc. Speaking for Rajasthan, we have used IT very effectively in various sectors and sub-sectors of health, ranging from payments of various kinds, including to our field functionaries like Ashas and also to the beneficiaries of Janani Suraksha Yojana. This summit is an excellent platform for sharing experiences, ideas and the insights that are useful for everybody
