Centre Sets Up Three-Member Panel to Review Pharma Marketing Code UCPMP, Weigh Stronger Legal Framework

The Department of Pharmaceuticals has formed a committee chaired by NITI Aayog Member Dr M. Srinivas, with Preeti Sudan and Dr Naresh Trehan, to review UCPMP 2024 and recommend stronger oversight, enforcement and possible statutory measures within two months of its first meeting.
