Fortis Healthcare Acquires 110-Bed Suguna Hospital in Bengaluru for ₹277 Crore
Fortis Healthcare, through its subsidiary International Hospital Limited, has acquired the 110-bed Suguna Hospital in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, for about ₹277 crore in an all-cash slump sale, taking its operational beds in the city to around 1,000.
