Haryana Expands e-Upchar OPD Pre-Registration, Scan-and-Register and UPI Payments Across Public Hospitals
Haryana has extended online OPD pre-registration via the e-Upchar HMIS, smartphone Scan-and-Register at 118 institutions and UPI payments at 610 public health facilities, while keeping walk-in and cash options for patients without smartphones.
