SCHOTT Poonawalla Renamed SCHOTT Pharma India as Prefillable Syringe and Cartridge Capacity Expands for Biologics, GLP-1s

SCHOTT Poonawalla is now SCHOTT Pharma India, effective 28 October 2026. Ownership and operations are unchanged, but the rebrand ties India’s only glass prefillable syringe maker, which produces 3 billion+ containers a year, closer to its German parent as it adds syringe and cartridge capacity for biologics, biosimilars and GLP-1s.
