An electronic health record and practice management and LIS solutions is a part of the new software suite implemented recently by Health Care Partners of South Carolina. The software suite, provided by Visionary HealthWare of Tampa, Fla., includes the Visionary DREAM EHR, the Visionary CARE Chronic Care Management, Visionary Office Practice Management and LabDAQ Laboratory Information System.

Chronic care assessment tools, bi-directional lab interfacing, customer-centric implementation, training for provider faculty and support teams for trouble shooting and technical problems are the other features of the software included in the suite. According to Visionary HealthWare officials, all the software solutions are comprehensive and intuitive, creating efficient workflows for clinicians. HCPSC is a federally qualified health center comprised of physicians and care professionals. According to the officials at the center say this implementation will enable care providers to administer healthcare to patients in need at a lower cost.
