Expanding into India’s renal diagnostics and MedTech ecosystem, Mumbai-based Lords Mark India has acquired an 85% stake in Bengaluru-headquartered Renalyx Health Systems, a pioneer in AI-powered dialysis technology. The holding is expected to increase to 92% by March 2026. Renalyx will continue operating as an independent business unit under the Lords Mark India umbrella.

The move marks a significant milestone for Lords Mark India—one of the country’s rapidly growing diversified enterprises—as it deepens its footprint across the medical diagnostics and MedTech space.

Renalyx Brings World’s First AI-Powered SLED Dialysis Technology

Renalyx Health Systems is best known for developing the world’s first Made-in-India, AI-driven sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED) machine—Renalyx RxT 21.
The advanced hemodialysis system is IoT-enabled and designed to support remote monitoring, clinical data connectivity, and real-time patient insights, making it a transformative solution for both hospital and home-based renal care.

The product is aligned with India’s broader ambition to build a globally competitive MedTech manufacturing ecosystem.

Manufacturing of the device will be undertaken in collaboration with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). Lords Mark India recently secured its MedTech manufacturing license in September 2025, enabling the company to scale local production.
