The Ministry of Ayush is preparing to exhibit its initiatives and several successes at the 41st India International Trade Fair at its pavilion in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, from November 14–27, 2022. The Ministry will emphasize its programmes under the banner of “Ayush for Global Health.”

To educate the public on how they can maintain good health by incorporating Ayush into their lifestyle through daily routines, good dietary habits offered under the Ayush system, various Ayush institutes and research bodies of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Homeopathy will set up their stalls.

The highlight of this year’s Ayush pavilion is a series of fascinating interactive activities where visitors can learn about the advantages of Ayush through tasks like “Create Your Own” Ayush products including soap, gel, and cream, as well as identification and matching of spices. Through simple, age-old games like Snakes and Ladders, visitors will also learn how to promote a healthy lifestyle. The “Daadi se Pucho” activity, which will also be enjoyable, will inform you of various kitchen remedies you can apply to treat some of your health issues. Free saplings of medicinal plants with a variety of health advantages will be distributed to visitors. Winners of the Ayush quiz will receive tempting rewards.

Visitors can use the free OPD facility to receive health advice from Ayush practitioners/Vaidya of Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Siddha, Sowa Rigpa, Yoga, and Naturopathy. Software-based Prakriti Parikshan and Mizaj Parikshan will be conducted, allowing for the assessment of an individual’s Prakriti (as per the tenets of Ayurveda) and Mizaj (as per the tenets of Unani), based on their profile or particular psychosomatic temperament, which includes their physical, functional, and behavioural characteristics.

Experts from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi, will execute the Yoga Fusion program, live yoga demonstrations, Yoga Break at Workplace, and Yoga treatment.

Through India’s dynamic startup environment, the Ministry of Ayush has been encouraging business development in the fields of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy. More than 14 companies representing a variety of industries will demonstrate Ayush’s increasing power.

Ayush’s quiz is interesting. Additionally, kiosks are being set up in the Ayush pavilion, where victors will get alluring rewards.
