Dr Rajendra Patankar, former COO at Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital has started a new inning at Jupiter Hospital Pune as Chief Executive Officer with effect from December 2019.

Patankar, who has over 17 years of rich healthcare experience, will be responsible for driving and overseeing the development and execution of the hospital’s strategy, patient relationship management, quality excellence and leadership development.

Responding to the development, Dr Ajay Thakker, Chairman & Managing Director of Jupiter Hospital says, “We welcome Dr. Rajendra Patankar as the Chief Executive Officer of our Pune Hospital. An MD in Hospital Administration and Planning from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal (a 1500 beds hospital), Dr. Patankar has commissioned more than 7 hospitals and has successfully managed them.

As part of Radiant Life Care Management, Dr. Patankar played a significant role in the brand repositioning of the 65-year-old iconic Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai.
