Prashant Singh has been appointed Director and Chief Information Officer at Max Healthcare, replacing Sumit Puri.

Before taking the reins at Max, Singh, who has years’ of experience serving at various key positions in renowned organizations, worked as CIO at Radiant Life, said an ET report.

In his new role, Singh has been given charge for entire IT operations of 14 hospitals of Max healthcare.

He would be leveraging AI, RPA, IOT, Mobile healthcare technologies, and integrated EMR in order to bolster IT infrastructure to influence patient care.

Before starting his stint with Max, he worked for Radiant Life Care for nine years. Prior to Radiant, Singh was AGM–Technology and Operations at Paras Healthcare.

Singh, a graduate from Delhi University, did his master’s degree in IT from Karnataka University. He also holds Management degree in Healthcare Data Analytics from IIM Ahmedabad.
