The U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce is partnering with IGP Technologies Inc. to offer an immediate healthcare solution to hundreds of thousands of business owners and millions of consumers across the country. SelfMD – a revolutionary web-based self-diagnostic tool designed for consumers – empowers people to make better decisions about their health care needs, enables physicians to offer more accurate diagnoses and reduces overall health care costs and delivery inefficiencies. A press conference, hosted by the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 7, at the National Press Club (First Amendment Room), beginning at 9:30 a.m. Former U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Tommy G. Thompson will discuss how new technology and patient-centered tools such as SelfMD are helping reshape America’s health care marketplace.
