Mulk Technology Partners with OnClarity USA

The integrated platform combines hospital management, AI-driven revenue cycle management and patient engagement tools, targeting healthcare providers across India and international markets.

Mulk Technology has announced the launch of an AI-powered digital healthcare platform for India and international markets following a strategic partnership with US-based OnClarity USA, signed in Dubai on October 23, 2026. The platform integrates Mulk Technology’s Hospital Management System (HMS) with OnClarity USA’s AI-powered patient experience solutions, aiming to help hospitals streamline operations, reduce revenue leakage and improve patient engagement.

The partnership comes amid growing adoption of digital healthcare solutions in India, where healthcare providers are increasingly investing in integrated hospital information systems, telehealth services and AI-enabled patient support. By bringing clinical, financial and patient-facing workflows onto a unified platform, the companies aim to address operational inefficiencies associated with fragmented hospital technology systems.

Integrated Hospital Management and AI Capabilities

The platform combines core hospital functions, including patient registration, electronic medical records (EMR), laboratory and radiology management, pharmacy, billing, insurance claims, telehealth and patient applications, on a single database.

According to the companies, this integrated architecture is designed to improve coordination between hospital departments and reduce manual data transfers. Clinical orders, procedures, consumables and bed-day records can be reconciled against patient bills, helping hospitals identify potential revenue leakage before discharge.

The system also incorporates AI-enabled revenue cycle management capabilities to support claims preparation, coding, validation and payment follow-up. The technology can flag missing clinical documentation, check claims against payer rules and pre-authorisation requirements, and help staff prioritise pending claims and resubmissions.

These capabilities are intended to reduce avoidable claim rejections, improve billing accuracy and accelerate reimbursement cycles. The platform is designed to assist hospital teams in reviewing and approving AI-generated recommendations rather than preparing every claim manually.

AI-Powered Patient Engagement Through OnClarity USA

OnClarity USA will contribute its AI-powered patient experience technology, covering patient support, staff assistance and patient feedback analysis.

The AI Patient Support system can respond to patient queries around the clock through WhatsApp, voice calls, SMS, web chat and mobile applications. Supporting more than 40 languages, the system is designed to handle appointment bookings, reminders and patient query routing.

The AI Agent Assist capability provides hospital staff with relevant patient history and policy-backed responses during interactions. Meanwhile, the Voice of the Patient solution analyses calls, chats, online reviews and surveys to identify recurring concerns and help hospitals address service issues.

The companies said the integrated approach is intended to connect patient interactions with clinical and administrative workflows, enabling hospitals to manage the patient journey from the first enquiry through treatment, billing and follow-up.

Expanding Telehealth and Preventive Healthcare

The platform also introduces additional models for expanding healthcare access and generating new revenue opportunities for providers.

Hospitals can deploy white-labelled telehealth kiosks under their own brands at locations such as offices, pharmacies and shopping malls. These kiosks are designed to connect patients with hospital doctors through video consultations and support on-site medicine dispensing.

Another component, the AI Longevity Module, is intended to help providers develop recurring, physician-led preventive home-care programmes based on laboratory testing and ongoing patient monitoring.

Together, these offerings aim to extend hospital services beyond traditional facilities and support more continuous engagement with patients.

ABDM Integration and Deployment for Indian Healthcare Providers

For the Indian market, the platform is designed to support the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), including ABHA creation and linking during registration and consent-based health record sharing across ABDM-linked facilities.

The companies said the cloud-based, subscription-priced solution is preconfigured for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centres. Providers can adopt the complete hospital management platform or integrate the AI layer with their existing systems, depending on their operational requirements.

The modular deployment model could offer healthcare organisations an option to introduce AI-enabled patient engagement and workflow automation without replacing their entire technology infrastructure. However, implementation outcomes will depend on integration quality, data governance, clinical workflows and the ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in operational performance.

International Expansion Across Emerging Healthcare Markets

Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Nawab Shafi Ul Mulk, Founder of Mulk Technology and President of Mulk Healthcare Enterprise, said the company aims to expand its AI healthcare technology offerings across India, the UAE and Africa as digital transformation reshapes healthcare delivery.

He cited Mulk Technology’s experience delivering telehealth services to more than 1.5 million insurance members in the UAE, ongoing implementation work in India and a memorandum of understanding signed with the Maldives. He also referred to the company’s work in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Abed Kasaji, Co-Founder and CEO of OnClarity USA, said the partnership seeks to address fragmentation in hospital technology by connecting patient interactions, clinical information and claims management through a single platform.

The Road Ahead

The partnership reflects a broader shift in healthcare technology towards integrated platforms that combine hospital information management, automation, patient experience and revenue cycle optimisation.

For Indian healthcare providers, the opportunity lies in moving beyond standalone digital tools towards connected systems that can improve operational visibility and patient access. The platform’s commercial traction will ultimately depend on adoption by hospitals, compatibility with existing infrastructure, data security and demonstrable improvements in claims performance and patient satisfaction.

As Mulk Technology and OnClarity USA expand their offerings across India and international markets, the combined platform positions integrated hospital management and AI-powered patient engagement as complementary components of healthcare digital transformation.
