Prodoc AI

Bengaluru, September 30, 2026: Healthcare AI company Prodoc AI has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding to strengthen its intelligence layer for Indian hospitals and expand its use of Agentic AI across complex healthcare workflows.

The funding round was led by the Dr. A. Velumani Family Office, with Dr. Kunal Shet and Parth D. Bhasin, who are also existing users of the Prodoc AI platform, participating in the round.

Prodoc AI is developing an intelligence layer designed to connect fragmented hospital systems and patient interactions without requiring healthcare providers to replace their existing technology infrastructure. Its Patient Journey OS connects communication and workflow channels across patient acquisition, appointment conversion, OPD intelligence, care coordination, follow-ups, partner and referral management, Voice AI and other hospital operations.

The company currently operates across more than 100 hospitals, processes over one million patient engagements every month and supports more than 50 software integrations.

Commenting on the investment, Dr. A. Velumani, Creator of Thyrocare, AVMLabs, AVMSmiles and AVMDiabetes, highlighted the challenges healthcare providers face in converting patient leads into revenue. He said AI could help reduce customer acquisition costs by improving lead conversion and enabling greater operational efficiency.

Asit Kumar Vidyarthi, Co-Founder and CEO, Prodoc AI, said patient interactions often take place across multiple channels, including call centres, WhatsApp, OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy and follow-up teams. He said the company is focused on connecting these interactions to help hospitals move from simply collecting data to taking meaningful action across the patient journey.

Founded in 2022, Prodoc AI is led by Vidyarthi and Raghuvamshi Thakur, Co-Founder and COO. Its broader group of industry advisors and supporters includes Dr. A. Velumani, former HCG CEO Raj Gore and former Columbia Asia Group CEO Dr. Nandakumar Jairam.
