enGen, formerly known as Thryve Digital Health, has named Manoj Kapoor as its Chief Executive Officer in India. Kapoor, a seasoned leader in healthcare technology, will oversee the company’s India operations and strengthen its position as a hub for innovation, value-driven delivery, and client success.

The India center has evolved into a strategic extension of enGen’s global operations, supporting payers and health systems across product and platform engineering, advanced data analytics, digital services, and clinical operations. The appointment underscores enGen’s commitment to scaling its leadership team as it moves into its next phase of growth.

Kapoor brings with him over 30 years of experience in healthcare technology, venture investments, and business transformation. He has a strong track record of driving organizational growth, fostering innovation, and shaping product strategies. Prior to joining enGen, he served as Vice President of Growth & Transformation at Providence India, where he played a key role in enhancing business operations and improving patient as well as caregiver experiences.

Earlier, Kapoor held multiple leadership positions at Optum, including heading the Optum Startup Studio India, and leading product engineering, management, and research initiatives at Optum Global Solutions. His professional journey also includes impactful roles at RoundGlass Partners, Edifecs, CGI, Dell Services, and Perot Systems.

Kapoor holds an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Delhi University.

With Kapoor at the helm, enGen aims to deepen its role as a global center of excellence, building on its strong foundation in healthcare technology and delivering impactful solutions for the industry.
