Rainbow Children’s Medicare Limited has appointed Abrarali Dalal as its Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2026, as part of its strategy to strengthen executive leadership and support the company’s expansion plans.

The company is a leading provider of paediatrics, perinatal, and women’s healthcare services in India and continues to focus on scaling high-quality care delivery across its growing hospital network. The appointment is intended to reinforce management capabilities as the organisation advances its long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Dalal brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with leadership experience across multi-location hospital networks, operational management, and strategic growth initiatives. His appointment was made following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.

In his new role, he will oversee business expansion, clinical and operational performance, and organisational execution across Rainbow’s network. The company stated that his experience and leadership background will support the next phase of its growth and operational strengthening.
