Everbright Health, a technology-enabled managed services platform, has announced securing $7 million in seed funding from W Health Ventures and Sanos Capital. The investment will fuel the company’s mission to help mental health providers seamlessly incorporate advanced, evidence-based interventions into routine clinical practice.

While traditional mental health care models have largely focused on medication and psychotherapy, a substantial number of patients continue to experience incomplete recovery. Everbright Health aims to bridge this gap by empowering psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to deliver comprehensive treatment programs that go beyond conventional methods.

“Mental health care has made great strides in expanding access to therapy and medication,” said Ben Kuhn, Co-founder and CEO of Everbright Health. “But many patients need more to truly recover. Our vision is to build a future where every provider can deliver a full continuum of care, including advanced, clinically proven interventions.”

The company’s initial focus includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) — both FDA-approved and insurance-covered treatments for depression and other mental health conditions. Despite their clinical effectiveness, these therapies remain underutilised in the U.S. due to infrastructure and operational challenges faced by mental health practices.

Everbright’s end-to-end, tech-driven platform integrates AI-powered operational teams across the U.S. and India, offering providers a seamless solution to manage patient identification, engagement, prior authorisations, compliance, treatment workflows, and revenue cycle management. The model allows clinicians to expand care offerings without the burden of setting up specialised infrastructure.

Commenting on the investment, Dr. Pankaj Jethwani, Managing Partner at W Health Ventures, said, “We believe in the asset-light management services model because it creates partnerships with clinicians rather than competition. When we couldn’t find one tailored for psychiatry, we decided to build it. With outcomes-driven care and rising demand, these treatments are set to enter a mainstream phase of adoption.”

In just three months of operations, Everbright Health has already partnered with over 75 behavioural health providers across seven U.S. markets. The new funding will accelerate the company’s technology development, expansion into additional therapy areas, and growth across the U.S.
