In his expanded mandate, Ray will spearhead operations scale-up, forge new strategic alliances, and explore growth opportunities across domestic and international geographies.

Ray has been part of ekincare since 2016, bringing with him academic credentials from NIT Surat and XLRI Jamshedpur. Over the years, he has been instrumental in building the company’s operational backbone and introducing multiple service innovations. His leadership has been central to major milestones such as steering India’s largest cashless COVID-19 vaccination drive, expanding the company’s nationwide cashless provider network to over 50,000 partners, and launching new business verticals that diversified revenue streams.
