Eye-Q, one of India’s leading chains of super-specialty eye care hospitals, has significantly enhanced its Surat facility with the addition of four advanced modular operation theatres (OTs), specializing in cataract, LASIK, and retina surgeries. This substantial upgradation underscores Eye-Q’s commitment to meeting the escalating demand for specialized eye care services in South Gujarat, further consolidating its position as the region’s premier provider of eye care solutions.
The newly upgraded Surat facility now offers a comprehensive range of services, from basic eye care to cutting-edge surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, retina treatments, LASIK, glaucoma management, ICL procedures, squint correction, and optical services. The facility is supported by a team of over 20 highly qualified and experienced eye care specialists, ensuring that patients receive world-class treatment across various eye care domains.
The inauguration of the upgraded facility was a momentous event, attended by distinguished guests including Mrs. Anita Vanani, Deputy Commissioner of Police, and Mr. Kamlesh Naik, Assistant Municipal Commissioner of Surat. The event highlighted Eye-Q’s significant contributions to healthcare in the region, and was attended by senior officials from both the organization and local authorities.
Since its entry into Gujarat in 2011, Eye-Q has made remarkable strides in providing quality eye care services. The network has completed over 10 million eye examinations and performed more than 65,000 surgeries across its six super-specialty hospitals in Gujarat. In Surat alone, the facility has conducted over 280,000 eye exams and 41,000 surgeries, becoming the region’s trusted destination for advanced eye treatments. With the expansion, Eye-Q aims to further increase its capacity, providing greater precision and care to an ever-growing patient base.
