This pioneering venture is set to address the growing gap between academic learning and practical skills in the healthcare sector. In a strategic partnership with DY Patil (Deemed-to-be) University, Navi Mumbai, Metropolis Healthcare will offer specialized Fellowship programs, aimed at fostering a highly skilled healthcare workforce ready to meet the demands of the evolving medical landscape.
Under this initiative, MiLES will offer one-year Fellowship courses in Advanced Clinical Chemistry, Advanced Hematopathology, Advanced Surgical Pathology, Quality Assurance in Laboratory Medicine, and Molecular Pathology & Cytogenomics. These programs are tailored for Post-MD and DNB students, focusing on the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training. The participants will benefit from immersive laboratory experiences, real-world case studies, and exposure to cutting-edge diagnostic technologies, all under the mentorship of Metropolis’ experienced subject matter experts.
