The public health sector will have few challenges to embrace AI. The development of Data, integrating it, and execution of the treatment hence is a task, as India is a country of Crores of population. Along with communicable diseases it has to take care of the noncommunicable diseases as well. In the present scenario, the first thing which needs to be done is the strengthening the Data integration, to bring in AI in our country. Surveillance is the key, if one intends to have a good public healthcare system in the society. App based systems will bring citizen’s response to the facilities being provided as per their need. AI will definitely have a role; we should make the initial steps.The outbreak of COVID-19 is moving quickly, and some changes we see even today. Many health systems are turning to virtual care capacities in order to somehow hold the spread of a deadly virus and survive.
From now on, digital technologies will drastically reshape the care delivery systems in the short and long term. Nowadays, the healthcare industry, like any other one, is influenced by digital transformation. It means that different technological tools and solutions are used to enhance the patient experience, service delivery, create new business models, and make communication more efficient. It’s not only about technology but how and for what purpose it can be implemented to help the healthcare field grow and elevate.
