Sunshine Global Hospital Manjalpur organized ENDO &URO GYNAEC WORKSHOP for the sixth consecutive year successfully in association with BOGS and in collaboration with Surgeons Association Baroda, supported by Anant IVF Centre
The introduction of laparoscopic surgery to the field of gynecology has resulted in large changes in surgical management. To update the knowledge and skills of gynecologists and surgeons, ENDO & URO GYNAEC WORKSHOP was organised by Sunshine Global Hospital Manjalpur in association with Baroda Obstetrics and Gynecology society (BOGS) and in collaboration with Surgeons Association Baroda, supported by Anant IVF Centre.
The main attraction of the workshop was that 25 live surgeries were demonstrated from the OT of Sunshine Global Hospital Manjalpur
It is the sixth successful consecutive year of such kind of workshop. The main attraction of the workshop was that 25 LIVE surgeries were demonstrated from operating theatres (OTs) of Sunshine Global Hospital Manjalpur to the auditorium of The Gateway Hotel Taj. The OTs at Sunshine Global Hospital are equipped with all state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the best possible outcome. The principal operating faculties were Dr Vineet Mishra (Vice President FOGSI), Dr Prashant Mangeshikar, Dr Hara Patnaik, Dr Meenakshi Patel (Consultant Gynecologist) and many more.
The surgeries were performed by the leading gynecologists and urology surgeons. More than 120 delegates took the benefit of such one of its kind workshop which aimed of academic learning activity on laparoscopic surgeries ranging from diagnostic & surgical laparoscopy for various indications. The workshop was chaired by Dr Meenakshi Patel (Organizing Chairperson & Operating Faculty) & Dr Pallavi Satarkar (Vice President “ BOGS & Organizing Secretary) as well as co-ordinated by Dr Jagdish Gohil, President BOGS.
