Agilus Diagnostics has appointed Vijender Singh as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition for one of India’s leading diagnostic service providers. He succeeds Dr. Anand K, who has stepped down after nearly six years with the company to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.

Vijender Singh brings more than three decades of leadership experience across diagnostics, healthcare, consumer healthcare, and FMCG. He has built a strong reputation for driving business transformation, operational excellence, governance, and customer-centric growth while leading some of India’s most prominent healthcare organisations.

Before joining Agilus Diagnostics, Singh served as Chairman and Managing Director of Diagnum Healthcare, where he focused on strategic growth and business development. His leadership journey also includes key roles as Group CEO of Metropolis Healthcare, CEO of Healthians, and senior leadership positions at Dr. Lal PathLabs, where he played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s diagnostics network and contributing to its successful IPO. He has also held leadership roles at Jashvik Capital, Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb, and Blow Plast.
