The project will feature global-grade infrastructure with LEED and IFC EDGE certifications, designed to cater to leading global and domestic R&D organisations. With Phase 1 targeted for completion by 2028, the campus aims to provide advanced laboratory and research spaces for cutting-edge scientific work.

Genome Valley, already recognised as one of India’s premier life sciences clusters, will further benefit from this development. The project is backed by global investors, including Actis and General Atlantic, reinforcing confidence in Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a long-term R&D destination.

The company’s earlier campuses in the region have already achieved full occupancy, reflecting strong demand for high-quality research infrastructure.
