With a central sequencing facility based in Navi Mumbai, HaystackAnalytics’ NABL accreditation spans a broad array of next-generation sequencing (NGS) diagnostics. Under infectious disease diagnostics, the facility is certified for TB-ONE-NGS (drug resistance detection), Flu-NGS (respiratory pathogen detection), and Infexn-NGS (bacterial and fungal infection detection). In the domain of human genomics, the accreditation covers advanced tests such as Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and Pharmacogenomics (PGx).

The milestone marks another significant achievement for HaystackAnalytics, which has consistently emphasized regulatory compliance and scientific excellence. The company had earlier secured ISO 13485 and CE-IVD certifications for its manufacturing processes, underlining a culture of quality-first innovation.
