Superhealth Hospitals has appointed Dunzo co-founder Dalvir Suri as its Head of Operations, bringing his extensive experience in building and scaling complex hyperlocal operations to the healthcare sector.

Suri spent more than eight years building Dunzo and scaling its operations across cities. His overall operating experience spans 17 years, giving him a strong background in managing large-scale operations, building systems and driving business growth.

Founded by Varun Dubey and Manoj Kumar, Superhealth is developing an AI-native hospital model focused on reducing waiting times, enabling transparent pricing and delivering digitally managed healthcare.


In his new role, Suri will be responsible for strengthening Superhealth’s operational capabilities as the company works towards building and scaling its hospital network. The company has set a target of expanding to 100 hospitals, with the planned growth expected to take place over a five-to-seven-year period.

Suri’s move from the consumer technology and delivery sector into healthcare reflects the growing role of technology, operational systems and data-driven management in transforming healthcare delivery.

Suri’s experience in scaling complex operations is expected to support the company as it builds its hospital network and expands its digitally managed healthcare model.
