Indira IVF Group has appointed Vinesh Gadhia as Chief Executive Officer – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Platform, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating inorganic growth, expanding its national footprint, and strengthening its leadership in India’s fertility care sector.

In his new role, Gadhia will lead the group’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, overseeing acquisition planning, integration, and business transformation initiatives. His mandate includes identifying strategic growth opportunities, enhancing operational synergies, and supporting Indira IVF’s long-term expansion through acquisitions and partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.

The appointment comes at a time when India’s fertility care industry is witnessing rising demand for advanced reproductive treatments, increasing investor interest, and greater consolidation among healthcare providers. As fertility networks continue to expand through strategic acquisitions, Indira IVF aims to strengthen its position by building a more integrated and scalable healthcare platform.

Gadhia brings more than three decades of leadership experience across fertility care, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services. Before joining Indira IVF, he served as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at Ferty9 Fertility Center, where he played a key role in driving organisational growth and operational excellence. He also held leadership positions at BlackCap Equity Management, ART Fertility Clinics, and Nova IVF Fertility, where he led expansion strategies, business development, and network scaling initiatives.

His extensive experience in healthcare operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth is expected to play a vital role in supporting Indira IVF’s next phase of expansion. The company believes that strengthening its M&A capabilities will enable it to broaden patient access, enhance service delivery, and reinforce its leadership in India’s rapidly evolving reproductive healthcare market.
