As part of the transaction, Jubilant Generics subscribed to 30,000 common equity shares of Jubilant Pharmaceuticals Inc., Canada. The investment aligns with Jubilant Pharmova’s long-term strategy of strengthening its international generics platform and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities in regulated markets.

The investment is expected to support the creation of a locally anchored branded generics operation in Canada, enabling Jubilant to enhance market access, product commercialisation, and customer reach.
