This collaboration was formally announced in Mumbai by Dr. GSK Velu, Promoter and Chairman of Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals, and Dr. Niteen Dedhia, Promoter and Chairman of Ojas Group of Eye Hospitals. The event also saw the presence of key figures including Dr. Rohan Dedhia, Promoter and Director of Ojas Group of Eye Hospitals, CA Pranav Dedhia, CEO of Ojas Group of Eye Hospitals, and Mr. VS Sudheer, Group CEO of Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals. The joint venture, now operating as Ojas Maxivision Eye Hospitals, plans to invest INR 500 Crores to expand its presence across Maharashtra.

Ojas Group of Eye Hospitals, under the leadership of Dr. Niteen Dedhia, currently operates three premium centers in Mumbai, located in Bandra (W) and Kandivali (E). With a remarkable track record spanning over four decades, Ojas has treated more than 500,000 patients, pioneering advanced treatments in cornea, glaucoma, retina, cataract, and refractive surgeries.
