Nisha Srinivasan has recently been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for GE Healthcare in India and South Asia. Previously holding the role of Head of Talent Management for the Intercontinental region within the same company, Nisha has now taken a significant step forward in her career.

The announcement of her new role was made through a post on LinkedIn, where she expressed her excitement about this new chapter at Wipro-GE Healthcare & GE HealthCare. Nisha’s journey with GE Healthcare began in 2022, where she initially served as a talent and organisation leader. Her rich experience in the field of human resources spans over a decade, including a substantial tenure at Sanofi, where she was involved in diverse roles for over 12 years, and a four-year stint as HR Business Partner at ICICI Bank.

Nisha is recognised for her versatile HR leadership skills, adept at navigating different cultural environments, leading and nurturing teams, and delivering focused results. This new role is a testament to her commitment and expertise in the field of human resources.
