Providing the best health facilities to the citizens of the state is the utmost priority of the State Government and envisaging the same the annual income slab of BPL families has been increased to Rs. 1.80 lakh. As per the norms of the Central Government, around 15.50 lakh families in Haryana were covered in this scheme, but as the Haryana government expanded the reach of this scheme, now 22 lakh families of the state will get the benefit of this scheme. All these families will be provided free medical facilities up to Rs 5 lakh under this scheme.
