Participating during a panel discussion on ‘Next Gen Realities: IoT, Machine Learning, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and Data Centre’ at Healthcare Transformation Summit organized by Elets Technomedia on 30-31 October, 2020, Gupta said: “COVID-19 has been a massive accelerator for the adoption of new-gen technologies and it has exposed the broken healthcare system. Cloud was an aspiration once but now it’s a reality. We have moved to the cloud model which is paid as per use. As for Artificial Intelligence (AI) it is used for better detection of disease status, which helps in planning the intervention.”
