We are the only tertiary multispeciality hospital situated in the strategic location of Ameerpet at Hyderabad and our focus has always been on patient outcomes and satisfaction. All our internal processes are always targeted towards achieving this feat.

We are an NABH accredited hospital, conducting various paramedical courses other than DNB under the National Board. We have six ‘Centres of excellence’ – Cardiac Sciences, Neurosciences, Orthopaedics, Renal Sciences, Gastro Sciences and Mother & Child.

Q WHAT KIND OF FACILITIES DO YOU CATER TO INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS WITH INDIA BEING A HOTSPOT IN MEDICAL TOURISM SEGMENT?

Aster Prime Hospital offers comprehensive healthcare packages and treatment options to foreign patients and has a dedicated International Patient relations team who will take care of all aspects – right from planning the package to ensure their treatment period at Aster Prime in comfortable and hasslefree manner.

The family of the patient can contact our International Desk through phone/fax/email for medical requirements and concerns, along with investigation reports/referral letters from the referring doctor for the reference of our expert consultants. The International Desk Coordinator will then get in touch with the patient with all details like the proposed treatment plan and cost of treatment. We will also offer travel advice. The most suitable plan can be chosen and confirmed with the Coordinator.

Q BRIEF US ABOUT EXPANSION PLANS IF ANY IN THE OFFING. DO YOU HAVE COLLABORATION WITH STATE GOVERNMENTS AS WELL?

We are soon introducing certain innovative procedures for the first time in Telangana and it will be a little early now to divulge more information on the same. We are also looking at leveraging the latest technologies including AI to provide the best of care to our patients. We are already in collaboration with the State Government for Arogyasri, Udyogasri, ESI, various other schemes and looking forward to partner with the Government for more schemes and campaigns for the betterment of the society.
