Nova IVI Fertility, one of the largest networks of IVF centres across country, has been acquired by Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), a healthcare operating platform founded by TPG Growth. The amount of the deal has not been disclosed yet.

Established in 2012, Nova IVI Fertility which controls 75 percent of India’s IVF market offeres Artificial Reproductive treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF) and andrology services with 20 centres across 15 cities.


AHH which already has 12 women & children’s hospitals across India, aims to create largest mother and child-focused healthcare platform in India leveraging products and solutions of Nova IVF .

Responding to the development, Vishal Bali, Executive Chairman, AHH, said, “Nova will be a great addition to the AHH platform and our vision of building the region’s most valuable Women & Children’s healthcare delivery network. We believe Women healthcare consumers need one destination of care and that gets well served through our service offerings of Motherhood Hospitals & Nova Fertility.”

Shedding more light on how the new endeavour will bolster growth of the company, Naresh Rao, CEO of Nova Fertility, said, “TPG and AHH are the leaders when it comes to creating innovative healthcare models and investments in India. We are excited to see Nova Fertility join the AHH platform, which has a proven expertise in growing and scaling healthcare delivery systems.
