The Ruby Hall Clinic has received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH) for its blood bank. The accreditation has come as per NABH standards for Blood Bank, published in 2007.

Dr. Snehal Mujumdar, Head of Blood Bank at Ruby Hall Clinic said that these standards are very stringent and technical. They require meticulous attention to patients and donor safety, confidentiality and implementation of best practices in the field of transfusion medicine. She highlighted that it is one of the few centers to have Apheresis facility. The blood bank issues around 21,000 blood units per year.
