3M ESPE Dental, a part of Healthcare Division-3M India and ENCODE, a branch of Encode Advanced Dentistry Private Limited, concluded the week long multi-city education programme.
Structured in an interactive format, the lectures delivered broadly covered different types and areas of dentistry which are undergoing the most amounts of activity and changes like implants, digital dentistry, and influence of technology on changing dental practices, globally, with an emphasis on simple clinical tips that could make a dentists job far easier.
Touted as the Father of Modern Dentistry, Dr Gordon shared insights on global trends g like CAD/CAM based dentistry which is increasingly finding its way from the dental labs to regular dental clinics, in addition to digital imaging and case planning suggesting that these fast catching trends would soon make its way to India too.

Senior clinicians participating in the programme shared their thoughts on  the need for continuing education program’s to further improve on clinical standards in India , for better education quality at college levels, and the need to address the gap being created due to technology at an educational level.
