The three hospitals are at Mukundapur, Salt Lake, and Dhakuria, in the state of West Bengal.A decisive factor was iSOFT’s proven track record of delivering comparable solutions at four other large hospitals in India, including the Medanta Medicity and Artemis Health Sciences hospitals both at Gurgaon, Haryana. Its solution was also considered best suited to the needs of modern hospitals. The experience and know-how of working in diverse healthcare settings around the world was another important consideration.The current deal includes software licenses for six hospitals, implementation services for three, and support and maintenance for five years.
