Research has shown that colour documents and collaterals are 80 percent easier to read in comparison to black and white ones. Smaller businesses prefer to outsource their printing needs because it is perceived to be more affordable. However, printing customized medical reports, research studies and clinic’s marketing collaterals in colour within the office can help them grow their efficiency and profitability in multiple ways.

By printing in-house on the HP colour laser solutions, companies can expect savings of up to 25 percent over a period of three years. Customers can also save space by using a single printing solution that lets users take black and white printouts from a colour printer at the same cost as that on a mono LaserJet, thereby eliminating the need to buy two printers for the office.
