
To promote cooperation and interaction in healthcare education between Indian and England, Apollo Hospitals has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Health Education England (HEE), an utive non-departmental public body of department of health. The collaboration will explore the possibility of establishing a global healthcare school to ensure that opportunities for global learning are available to all healthcare workforces in both countries. The MoU was signed by Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group and Prof Ian Cumming, CEO, HEE.
This will also have clinical rotation of doctors, nurses, midwives, other health professionals and undergraduate healthcare students through mutual exchange.

It enables establishment of a model for the co-production of globally educated healthcare workforce which can serve as a basis to further relationships with other geographies.
