Happiest Health has expanded its integrated healthcare ecosystem with the launch of its new Digital Healthcare business unit and the appointment of Ravi Joshi as President & CEO – Digital Healthcare. The strategic move marks the company’s entry into technology-enabled healthcare services, reinforcing its focus on delivering accessible, preventive, and personalised care through digital platforms.

Previously serving as Co-CEO of the Knowledge business, Ravi Joshi will spearhead the company’s newest vertical, overseeing the development of innovative digital health solutions. The first offering under the new business unit will be Virtual Doctor Appointments, enabling users to consult qualified healthcare professionals remotely, irrespective of their geographical location. The platform aims to bridge the gap between patients and medical experts by making healthcare more convenient and accessible.

In parallel, Happiest Health is building an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to improve patient engagement, support informed health decisions, and deliver personalised wellness experiences. The company revealed that several digital products, including Cardio Expert, Paediatric Expert, and the Lifestyle Intelligence Platform, are in advanced stages of development, with additional technology-led healthcare solutions expected to be introduced over the coming months.
