Thyrocare Technologies Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dr. Ramesh Kinha as Chief Operating Officer, effective December 18, 2025. The move comes as the healthcare diagnostics company scales its operations across India under parent company API Holdings.
Dr. Kinha brings over 17 years of specialized experience in the diagnostics sector, with deep expertise in laboratory operations and quality management systems. In his new role, he will oversee laboratory operations nationwide while focusing on elevating quality standards, diagnostic accuracy, and service delivery across Thyrocare’s extensive network.
Prior to joining Thyrocare, Dr. Kinha served as Group Director of Laboratory Services at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited, where he spearheaded critical operational and quality enhancement initiatives. His distinguished career includes senior leadership positions at Apollo Health & Lifestyle, Medall Healthcare, Metropolis Healthcare, and SRL, where he drove operational excellence and strategic transformations.
A qualified medical professional, Dr. Kinha holds an MBBS degree and an MD in Pathology. He has further strengthened his management capabilities through senior leadership programs at IIM Nagpur and the Indian School of Business. As a certified NABL assessor, he brings valuable expertise in quality and regulatory compliance.
