Genpact has acquired XponentL Data, a U.S.-based firm specialising in data products and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The acquisition closed on June 5, 2025, and marks a significant step in Genpact’s journey to become an AI-first enterprise.

With this acquisition, Genpact brings into its fold XponentL’s proven capabilities in data strategy, design, engineering, and AI implementation—critical components in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Expanding Capabilities for Intelligent Healthcare Solutions

The healthcare and life sciences industry is increasingly leaning on AI and data-driven insights to enable better clinical outcomes, optimise operational efficiency, and drive regulatory compliance. Genpact’s acquisition of XponentL is poised to strengthen its offerings in this domain by integrating XponentL’s advanced data frameworks and domain expertise into its existing portfolio.
