Lifesigns has appointed Dr. Tausif Thangalvadi as its Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career spanning more than two decades across emergency medicine, medical administration and healthcare leadership.

In his new role, Dr. Thangalvadi will bring extensive experience in clinical operations, medical strategy, business growth and technology-enabled healthcare to strengthen Lifesigns’ leadership as the company advances its innovative patient-monitoring solutions.

Before joining Lifesigns, Dr. Thangalvadi served as Chief Operating Officer at RED Health. He had earlier held the position of Vice President Operations at the organisation and played a key role in managing healthcare operations and clinical services.

His previous experience also includes serving as Medical Director and General Manager at Nura AI Health Screening, Medical Director and Consultant Emergency Physician at Premier Hospital Pvt Ltd, Lead Consultant in the Emergency Department at ASTER MEDCITY, and Head of Acute Services at Sundaram Medical Foundation.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Thangalvadi has built expertise across emergency medicine, hospital operations, healthcare administration and medical leadership. His appointment is expected to support Lifesigns as it expands its clinical capabilities and continues developing technology-enabled patient-monitoring solutions for healthcare providers.

The appointment reflects Lifesigns’ focus on strengthening its senior leadership team with experienced healthcare professionals as it continues to grow its presence in the healthcare technology and patient-monitoring space.
