Redcliffe Labs has announced the acquisition of Pune-based Megavision Diagnostics Centre in a deal valued at approximately ₹40 crore, marking another significant step in its strategy to build a comprehensive integrated diagnostics network. The acquisition will strengthen the company’s radiology and imaging capabilities while expanding its footprint in western India.
Established in 1996, Megavision Diagnostics operates two advanced diagnostic centres in Pune’s Pimpri and Nigdi regions, offering MRI, CT scans, mammography, sonography, ECG, EEG, and other imaging services. The company generates annual revenues of around ₹20 crore and will continue operating with its existing workforce following the acquisition.
With this transaction, Redcliffe Labs aims to move beyond its traditional pathology-focused model by integrating advanced diagnostic imaging into its service portfolio. The acquisition provides immediate access to well-established imaging infrastructure and a strong regional presence, allowing the company to accelerate its integrated diagnostics strategy without building new facilities from scratch.
The latest acquisition follows Redcliffe Labs’ recent purchases of Prime Sonography and Diagnostic Center in Kota and Sarvodaya Diagnostics in Ajmer, reflecting the company’s continued focus on expanding its radiology business through strategic acquisitions. This asset-light expansion strategy is expected to strengthen its presence across key regional healthcare markets.

Commenting on the company’s long-term vision, Co-founder and Chairman Dheeraj Jain said Redcliffe Labs aims to build an integrated diagnostics ecosystem that delivers greater value to patients by combining pathology and radiology services. He added that strategic acquisitions will continue to play a central role in expanding the company’s geographic reach, strengthening diagnostic capabilities, and accelerating growth.
Founded in 2018, Redcliffe Labs has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing diagnostics companies, offering more than 3,600 pathology tests along with genetic and preventive health screening services. The company is targeting revenue of nearly ₹700 crore in FY27, supported by a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
