Over the last decade, NOCD built a virtual specialty therapy platform for OCD and related disorders by addressing complex operational and clinical challenges, including payer partnerships, patient identification, national scaling of specialty care, therapist network management, continuous patient support, and cost control.

To support this scale, the company developed Noto, an AI-enabled platform designed to manage operational complexity and enable specialty care delivery while operating at breakeven. The platform has supported millions of OCD-specialty therapy sessions annually and serves as the core infrastructure behind NOCD’s operations.

Noto has now been introduced as the parent brand, alongside the acquisition of Rebound, marking an expansion into PTSD treatment. Rebound was founded as a self-guided trauma recovery platform based on Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy principles, an evidence-based approach for PTSD.

With the acquisition, Noto is launching Rebound Therapy, a live virtual specialty therapy offering combined with between-session support, delivered through the Rebound platform. The service is supported by NOCD’s network of more than 100 PE-trained specialists who have been treating OCD and PTSD patients over the past three years.

Rebound integrates into Noto’s existing infrastructure, enabling activation of demand for PTSD-specialty care, development of dedicated therapist networks, and delivery of consistent clinical outcomes.

Noto operates a hub-and-spoke specialty care model, with NOCD as its first branch and Rebound as the second, supporting the scalable delivery of specialty mental health care.
