As the COO at Dharamshila Narayana Super Specialty Hospital and Facility Director at Health City Cayman Islands, he demonstrated deep proficiency in P&L management, resource optimization, clinician engagement, and scaling new medical programs.

He also played a pivotal role in building and managing operational frameworks at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center (Narayana Health) and Fortis Hospitals in Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in launching outreach clinics, improving cost margins, and integrating cutting-edge technologies for enhanced patient outcomes.
Renowned for his strategic acumen and operational foresight, Anuj is also well-versed in implementing quality management systems aligned with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) and NABH standards.
